1. Print-on-Demand & Customized Products

Izeefy specializes in customized and print-on-demand (POD) products, which are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All customized and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started
2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item

Each case is reviewed individually and must meet the conditions outlined below.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us for assistance
  • We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate

Refunds or replacements will be issued only after confirmation from the carrier.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Temporary restriction of future purchases
